Teenage Mutant Ninja Designer Turtle by NECA?

Spotted at NECA's display at the New York Toy Fair 2009 was this stylized version of a "Hero In A Half-Shell" - vibing a sweet designer-vinyl-tone aesthetically - at the very least an exploration into alternative forms, than what is currently available in the mass market, and what has been shown thus far by everyone else jumping unto the genre-wagon.
