Ocean Star Apparel, Inc. and designer Keith Poon (aka head-honcho of ToyQube) are pleased to announce the launch of the much anticipated ARTIST PROOF (AP) Brand.  As the AP Creative Director, he has developed the "Brand Canvas" for popular artists from all over the world to collaborate on a limited edition basis. Each season will see a collaboration with a different artist (in 4 different
