UPPER DECKS' All-Star Vinyl Figures [www] were spotted in their glory at last week's Singapore Toy & Comic Convention - with Football, Baseball, Basketball and Hockey in near quasi-full-force - which unfortunately were just only displays, and not available for individual sales/purchase ...
